Administrative Assistant

Our client in downtown Chicago is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the firm's HR senior leadership on a contract-to-hire basis.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and team activities
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative requests
  • Support HR reporting and maintain internal tracking logs
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and internal communications
  • Act as a liaison across teams and provide general administrative support
  • Help with additional projects and day-to-day tasks as needed


Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative/executive support
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
