Our Client, a Global Finanical Services Firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Seattle, Washington locaiton.
Job Summary

Print, fold, and prepare outgoing mail including stuffing envelopes

Open, sort, and scan incoming mail with a high level of accuracy

Scan, save, and file documents within internal systems

Maintain and stock office supplies, including paper and materials

Review and process returned mail, ensuring proper handling and documentation

Perform high-volume data entry related to returned mail (approximately 50% of the role)

Support additional administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills

Extremely detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently

Proactively review work to identify and correct errors

Intermediate knowledge of administrative support concepts and best practices

Comfortable operating standard office equipment and systems

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, and Adobe

Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
