Administrative Assistant

Our Client, a Global Finanical Services Firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Seattle, Washington locaiton.


Job Summary

  • Print, fold, and prepare outgoing mail including stuffing envelopes
  • Open, sort, and scan incoming mail with a high level of accuracy
  • Scan, save, and file documents within internal systems
  • Maintain and stock office supplies, including paper and materials
  • Review and process returned mail, ensuring proper handling and documentation
  • Perform high-volume data entry related to returned mail (approximately 50% of the role)
  • Support additional administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extremely detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
  • Proactively review work to identify and correct errors
  • Intermediate knowledge of administrative support concepts and best practices
  • Comfortable operating standard office equipment and systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, and Adobe
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
