Common And Baseline Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the firm.

Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments.

Assists studio leaders with travel arrangements and/or expense reports as needed.

Provides support to the Office Manager or Talent Manager for special projects as needed.

Assist PM/Principals in creating consultant agreements and/or Owner/Architect agreements using AIA software as needed.

Assists Project Teams.

Orders lunches and sets up for internal meetings and client meetings.

Provides support for front desk, including answering phones, receiving and distributing packages as needed.

Sends correspondence to Consultants and General contractors.

Requests Certificate of Insurance certificates from legal department.
