Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our insurance office team! This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by providing accurate and efficient administrative support. You will handle clerical tasks, assist with documentation, and help maintain organized records. Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining electronic files.
  • Manage and organize documents, records, and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Assist with preparation of insurance forms, reports, and other office documentation.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
