Nidy Sports Construction is seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, administrative experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and professional interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk‑in visitors; direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with basic office tasks as needed.
Experience in construction, contracting, or related industries.
Knowledge of office equipment and administrative best practices.
Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and working at a computer.
Ability to work in a standard office environment.
