The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the President and overall operations team by delivering exceptional service, organization, and communication. In our fast-paced, field-driven environment, this position requires a professional, adaptable individual who thrives in both office coordination and supporting field operations.

This role is key to keeping our teams organized, our customers informed, and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting leadership/president with day-to-day operational needs
  • Managing high-volume phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Delivering strong, solution-oriented customer service
  • Handling invoices, payments, and cash transactions accurately
  • Performing precise data entry and maintaining organized systems
  • Managing and protecting confidential information (credit cards, customer data)
  • Coordinating communication between office staff and field crews
  • Assisting with scheduling, routing, and job coordination
  • Opening and closing the office as needed
  • Stepping in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven prior work experience in an administrative role (required)
  • Prior experience in Commercial & Residential Lawn care/Landscaping is a plus!
  • Proven experience handling high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution
  • Experience with CRM software (such as Aspire, or similar systems)
  • Experience with data entry, record keeping, and office systems
  • Experience handling payments, cash, or financial transactions
  • Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information
  • Strong computer skills (CRM systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve without constant supervision
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable
Schedule: Full-Time (must be flexible; overtime may be required during peak season)
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50hr depending on experience.

Offered compensation: $16/hr - $17.50/hr
