Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Working with our plant manager on day to day duties at the facility
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document management.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ensuring documents and logs are up to date
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Utilize teams, BOX, Sage, microsoft office
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve workflow.

Skills

  • Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer support roles, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and handling phone systems efficiently.
  • Bilingual abilities are a must, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
