We're seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at anticipating needs before they arise. This position requires a strategic thinker with impeccable discretion, superior organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional, adept at managing complex situations and interfacing with all levels within the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to a leader, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements
  • Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings
  • Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion
  • Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs
  • Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment

  • 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience working in multi-national organization
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
