
- Process day-to-day operations of accommodation facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of accommodation areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of the accommodation sites to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Address and resolve accommodation complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement and oversee health and safety protocols within the accommodation facilities.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and guest complaints.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accommodation operations to the Manager.
Building Services
- Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, warehouses, and factories to report maintenance needs and compliance issues to the manager.
- Coordinate the daily maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution under the guidance of the manager.
- Monitor cleaning and pest control services and report any issues or deficiencies.
- Assist in implementing workspace layout changes and relocations as directed by the Manager.
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities, ensuring completion and proper documentation.
- Support reception services, including the reception area, handling couriers, and greeting visitors.
- Assist in coordinating hospitality arrangements for meetings and events as directed.
- Monitor utility usage and report any anomalies or issues to the Manager.
- Assist in allocating parking spaces based on organizational needs and enforcing compliance with facility rules and building regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report them to the Manager.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with municipality and civil defense licenses and report any issues to the Manager
