Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are a small law firm seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Experience using Sage Timeslips or other timekeeping software is a plus.

Duties and Skills

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for correspondence, reports, and scheduling tasks
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for expense tracking
  • Assist with timekeeping and billing
  • Provide office support by completing paperwork for various ongoing administrative tasks
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, and responding to inquiries
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail in proofreading documents
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
