Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of office support tasks and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Managing and organizing files and documents both digitally and physically.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars.
  • Assisting with general office tasks, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other paperwork as needed.
  • Providing support to management and other team members as requested.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the office environment is organized and clean.
  • Onboarding new employees and ensuring all documentation is correct and valid

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Above-average typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
