Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English–Spanish)

Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends

Our growing industrial goods distribution company is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. If you enjoy supporting customers, coordinating shipments, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoices and order documentation
  • Coordinate freight bookings with LTL carriers, UPS, and FedEx
  • Maintain and update customer files, order records, and internal paperwork
  • Provide customer service support by phone and email
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or administrative environment
  • Experience in industrial sales is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No weekends
