Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all records.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Provide personal assistant support by managing emails, preparing reports, and supporting team members with various administrative tasks.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and office management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
