Administrative Assistant

Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English)


On‑Site – Compton, CA


Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in our Compton location. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer‑focused, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries in both Spanish and English
  • Maintain accurate records and organized office systems
  • Assist with calendar management, meetings, and correspondence
  • Support internal teams with general office tasks and special projects as needed
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and clients

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • On‑site position based in Compton, CA
  • Standard business hours


Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour
