Administrative Assistant


Hybrid Role
Long Term Contract

Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support to senior executives and teams within the Capital Markets vertical, with primary support for International divisions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and coordination across regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinate internal and external appointments for executives and team members.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas where applicable, and expense reporting in accordance with firm policies.
- Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external counterparties, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed to support business operations and team effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
- Prior experience in a financial institution or professional services environment is preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting senior executives and/or teams within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage competing priorities across regions.
