Join the Data Center Operations team, where we provide critical administrative and onboarding support to enable seamless operations across the organization. Our team plays a pivotal role in supporting the Return to Office (RTO) initiative , ensuring a smooth transition for employees and helping streamline cross-team processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for multiple levels of management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, process business expenses, and support departmental financial operations.
• Handle procurement of office supplies, computer equipment, and reference materials while maintaining vendor relationships.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the department, providing general administrative support and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize and execute events, meetings, and special projects to support team objectives.
• Assist with database management, reporting, and analysis using tools like Power BI .

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong experience in scheduling, calendaring, and administrative support .
• Experience with data entry, database management, and Power BI .
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or tech environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience at Microsoft is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks efficiently.
