Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across departments
  • Manage documentation, reports, and internal records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support medical and operational teams with administrative tasks
  • Handle data entry, filing systems, and document control
  • Assist with insurance, billing coordination, and basic financial processes when needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and service providers
  • Support process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the growing needs of the business

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Background in healthcare, medical administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare operations is an advantage
  • Must be based in the UAE or willing to work in Abu Dhabi
