Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant with experience in restoration (water damage, flood fire, mold, remediation). Xactimate or QB experience preferred as well.

Overview:
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant where you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Assist in office management duties including maintaining supplies and equipment
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle various administrative tasks
- Type and transcribe documents accurately and efficiently
- Offer executive administrative support as required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Front desk reception duties including greeting visitors and answering calls

Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong calendar management abilities
- Experience in providing personal assistant services
- Knowledge of office management procedures and protocols
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Prior experience in executive administrative support is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Front desk experience with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
