This position is responsible for handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
This is not an exhaustive list but duties can include:
- Assisting HR/Payroll with time monitoring, timesheet corrections, and employee communication
- Assisting AP/ AR with scanning and printing
- Purchase Order Creation / Receiving Management
- Sales Order Creation / Processing
- Document Management including scanning, filing, and retrieval
- Daily usage in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (especially within Teams and Excel)
- Vendor Communications
- Answering Phones
- Visitor Management
- Internal Communications / Support from Multiple Departments
- Office Supply management
- Process Monitoring - Deadlines, Approvals & Deliverables
- Assist Management/Shop Employees with any/all necessary tasks requested from multiple departments.
- Shipping / Receiving Equipment as Needed.
- Event Planning / Support
This position is in office M-F from 8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST with an hour lunch break.
A strong candidate must have exceptional attendance, a strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
