Administrative Assistant

About The Company

Our client is an alternative asset management firm with over $10 billion in AUM using multi-strategy investment verticals to create attractive returns for its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to their designated destinations
  • Order office supplies ensuring all floors are stocked
  • Retrieve, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily
  • Coordinate meetings including managing the conference room calendars and set up conference rooms
  • Review, code, and approve expenses and expense reports
  • Manage various daily reports
  • Assist with companywide events
  • Assist with filing, printing, and typing with ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of admin experience
  • Experience within the financial services or legal sectors
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Range

$80,000-$90,000
