Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors and direct them to their designated destinations

Order office supplies ensuring all floors are stocked

Retrieve, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily
-
Coordinate meetings including managing the conference room calendars and set up conference rooms

Review, code, and approve expenses and expense reports
-
Manage various daily reports
-
Assist with companywide events
-
Assist with filing, printing, and typing with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
2-4 years of admin experience
-
Experience within the financial services or legal sectors
-
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range
$80,000-$90,000
