Administrative Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting executive staff with scheduling and communications, maintaining records, and managing correspondence and phone communication. Additional responsibilities include providing clerical support, ensuring the smooth management of office operations, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance- MALE
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High attention to detail and an ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a professional services environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Familiar with COURT System is an advantage.
  • English and Arabic is a must.
