Job Description:
We are looking for a master at multi-tasking that is excellent with communication skills and organization of papers, electronic paperwork, files, and more. Candidates should be able to politely and professionally assist management and any other employee in the company. To be successful as an Administrative Assistant at Verdant Landscape, candidates should be attentive to detail, accurate, and willing to meet challenges that may arise. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and have clear verbal and written communication. Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and solve problems to make the business more efficient. This is a full-time position. The initial pay would be between $15.50-$16.50.
Responsibilities:
· Handle office tasks, such as filing, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
· Make appointments and preventing conflicts while doing so.
· Organize and file all paperwork in the office, including vendor and customer filing.
· Maintain general organization and cleanliness in the office, daily.
· Communicate clearly with other company employees, including office personnel, management, and field workers, with politeness and professionalism.

· Desire to be proactive and create a positive environment for customers and other employees.
