Administrative Assistant

Company Overview

We are a growing printing, signage, apparel, and promotional products company seeking a Administrative Assistant for our apparel & promotional products division to manage projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional with a strong understanding of branded apparel, and the ability to work independently.

This position offers ownership and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create promotional product presentations and quotes using user friendly software
  • Oversee orders from quote to production, fulfillment, and delivery
  • Support webstore customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
  • Webstore setup, product selection, pricing, and updates using user friendly software

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks streams in a fast-paced environment
