Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and organize documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • Handle office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing general office organization
  • Support personal assistant tasks when needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination

Experience

  • Proven administrative experience in an office environment with a focus on clerical tasks and customer service excellence
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial for supporting executive needs
