- Handle calendar management for multiple team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders with precision.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, proofreading, and correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and internal staff with courteous assistance and timely responses.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
