Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Meet weekly via Zoom with Director to discuss tasks for the week
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and SimplePractice for note keeping and administrative tasks
  • Organize documents through effective filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Support calendar management by assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant duties as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent time management skills
