Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, manage communication channels, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to dependable service and efficient office management.

Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and clients with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for accurate record keeping
  • Organize files, maintain filing systems, and ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, proofreading documents, and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Experience

  • Proven clerical experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
