The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth and efficient office operations by performing clerical and organizational tasks including but not limited to handling correspondence, managing schedules, preparing reports, and supporting staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Monitoring and maintaining and employee compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or Google Workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Accounts Receivable/Collections experience required, preferably 3+ years.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive, proactive demeanor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working with QuickBooks software strong understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Attention to detail accompanied with high accuracy in data entry and document review.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Works out of the local office.
