ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations by providing reliable administrative and operational assistance. This position ensures accurate recordkeeping, smooth communication, and overall efficiency within the installation team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform routine data entry
  • Maintain accurate records within internal software systems
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing documents and managing correspondence
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Serve as backup support for other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures when handling sensitive information
  • Support special projects or miscellaneous tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS

  • General knowledge of industry and job functions
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Task-oriented mindset
