Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Auto Glass Dealership Division)

Pay: $16.50 per hour - Starting pay is negotiable for candidates with significant experience in the auto glass industry, dealership service departments or advanced administrative logistics

About Us: Safe Tech Auto Glass is the Greater Houston Area’s preferred auto glass specialist. We operate as a seamless, highly sought-after extension of automotive dealership service departments. We pride ourselves on providing our dealership partners and their customers with the highest quality of service without adding administrative responsibilities to their advisors.

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly dependable Administrative Assistant to join our Dealership Team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Because our technicians and dealership partners rely on this role to keep things moving smoothly, exceptional punctuality and consistent attendance are absolute requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Ensure the office operations commence on time daily, assisting leadership with data entry and administrative processes.
  • Insurance Verification: Accurately confirm and process insurance coverage for all Safe Tech Auto Dealership customers.
  • Precision Parts Ordering: Verify parts orders to ensure technicians have the correct materials for every installation, preventing logistical delays.
  • Process Optimization: Utilize modern administrative tools and software to streamline daily tasks, increase productivity, and reduce errors.
  • Communication: Communicate seamlessly with our internal team, service drive technicians, and dealership personnel.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Stable, reliable, and takes immense pride in being a team player others can count on.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong typing skills and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must provide highly reliable individual transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to maintain a highly focused, professional work environment with strict adherence to company guidelines regarding distractions and cell phone use.
