Accountant & Office Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can also handle office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations while supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office workflow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and PDF handling
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to handle correspondence and office coordination

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting entries and financial records
  • Handle invoices, payments, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative tasks
  • Support communication with suppliers and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO250.000 - RO400.000 per month

Work Location: In person
