Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate understands the local market and has a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold outreach, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM regularly
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
  • Valid Oman driving license

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
