Administrative Assistant

We are a fast-paced portable restroom company seeking a motivated, energetic, and organized team member to join our growing operation. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment while managing multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and dispatch restroom deliveries, pickups, and service routes
  • Coordinate with drivers and field staff to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Enter and manage customer information accurately in company software
  • Handle invoicing, work orders, and daily administrative tasks
  • Monitor schedules and adjust routes as needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with problem-solving and customer requests in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software quickly
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Energetic, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Prior dispatching, logistics, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
