Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Remote (Granite Bay, CA)

Ace Tree Service LLC is a growing small business focused on providing reliable, professional tree care services with excellent customer service. We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to help support daily operations and keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Schedule estimates, jobs, and coordinate crew schedules
  • Prepare and send estimates and invoices
  • Manage customer communication and follow-ups
  • Update and maintain information in Jobber
  • Coordinate with the owner regarding schedules and operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
  • Positive attitude and calm under pressure
