Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant, Onsite

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting Senior Leadership by driving day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and enabling effective execution. This position contributes to strategic initiatives, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and serves as a central point of communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage Senior Leadership calendars, meetings, travel, and communications to optimize priorities and daily operations

• Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and correspondence while handling confidential information with discretion

• Serve as a liaison between Senior Leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication

• Track initiatives, action items, and deliverables; manage projects and support cross-functional coordination to meet business goals

• Support strategic and operational initiatives, including process improvements, research, analysis, and reporting

• Coordinate meeting logistics, document key takeaways, and drive follow-up actions

• Provide general administrative support, including managing requests, maintaining records, and supporting events and team activities


Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5+ years of administrative experience, including support to senior or executive leadership required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (*Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; SAP or similar systems
