Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated candidate to join our team as an administrative assistant.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct telephone calls
• Greet customers and vendors
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable & HR
• Billing
• Assist with purchasing of materials, equipment and car rentals, hotel accommodations, UPS labels
• Maintain an organized filing system (including setup of job folders)
• Schedule appointments and interviews
• Compose e-mails
• Other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or related area
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
• Experience with Microsoft Access or similar database a plus
• Strong typing and math skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
