Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Assistant to support both property management operations and select personal tasks. This role is primarily focused on administrative and property-related responsibilities, with some personal support to help keep day-to-day life running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, communicates well, and can take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.

This part-time position is 15-20 hours per week and mainly remote with a flexible schedule, though business hour availability and some in-person tasks are required.

Key Responsibilities

Admin Support

  • Respond to tenant inquiries (email, text, phone) in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and track completion
  • Assist with lease tracking, renewals, and notices
  • Schedule property showings and assist with listing coordination
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and systems
  • Track rent payments, invoices, and basic expense records
  • Manage calendar
  • Light bookkeeping, payables
  • Run occasional errands
  • Other various administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on responsibilities.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license for occasional errands.
  • Dedicated space to work from home.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
