Administrative Assistant

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in office software, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask effectively.

```Duties```
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to other team members as required

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Knowledge of Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to computerized systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong project coordination abilities
