Administrative Assistant

Overview
Hanlin Rainaldi Construction is a growing commercial general contractor based in Columbus, Ohio. We’re currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant. In this energetic role, you will provide essential administrative support, mostly in our accounting department, with additional support for our operations team. Your organizational skills and proactive attitude will help foster a productive environment where everyone can thrive. This position is flexible and can be part-time or full time.

Responsibilities

• Help our accounting department with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
• Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software to prepare reports, correspondence, and schedules
• Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or executives
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks using ComputerEase to track expenses and invoices
• Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions at all times

Skills

• Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable, clerical work, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
• Experience with ComputerEase for financial recordkeeping is a plus
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
• Previous experience in construction is advantageous but not required

Pay: $24.56 - $29.58 per hour
