Administrative Assistant

We have an opportunity for a part-time administrative assistant for a growing sales and service company located in Zeeland, MI. Hours can be flexible.

Candidate must: (a) have experience related to the responsibilities below; (b) have sound working knowledge of Quickbooks; (c) be organized, detail oriented & accurate; (d) enjoy entering some day-to-day transactions; and (e) be of high moral and ethical character, including confidentiality.

The Position includes/not limited to the following responsibilities:

· Accounts Receivable – creating invoices, processing payments, collections

· Accounts Payable – processing bills & payments; obtain documentation for new vendors

· Monitoring of customer service inbox

· Maintain system of filing for customers and vendors

· Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy

· Maintain safety certifications schedule for technicians
