Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and YARDI for daily tasks, correspondence and bill paying, and PowerPoint for marketing presentations
  • Support Property Managers activities such as maintenance work orders, certificates of insurance and property reporting
  • Track multiple facets of commercial property management (tenants sales, HVAC contracts, water meters)
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in commercial real estate is a plus; familiarity with tenant leases is advantageous
  • Personal assistant or administrative experience demonstrating attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to perform typing quickly while maintaining accuracy; proofreading skills are essential
  • Knowledge of YARDI software is preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
