Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience with various office software and systems. Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings efficiently
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic office management duties
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on correspondence and inquiries
  • Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and managing office supplies

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and time management capabilities
  • Personal assistant or bookkeeping experience will be considered beneficial for the role

Pay: $15.00 per hour
