This position is to assist the head staff of the firm.

  • Assists in compiling and preparing documents, including inquiry preparations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate by phone or in person.
  • Ability to understand Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Receives requests, updates records, initiates paperwork.
  • Assist with mail, faxing, and document completion.
  • No minimum experience necessary.
  • Minimum GED/HS Diploma
  • Pre-Employment physical, background check, drug, and alcohol testing required

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
