About us:

As an administrative assistant, you would be joining the office team and working out of our small office located in Harrisburg. Your responsibilities include providing direct administrative support for the president and office manager of the company. This is a part time position 20 to 30 hours per week that could lead to full time in the future.

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the president of the company with administrative duties. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining customer and employee records
- Recruiting and interviewing applicants
- Cross training on:
- Administrative duties regarding time keeping and payroll programs
- Book keeping duties
- Inventory ordering
- Preparing proposals and quotes
- Enter scheduling and budgeting
- Preparing insurance renewals and audits
- Assisting with management of safety committee
- Other administrative duties relative to a service business environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years experience working with a service based business in a similar position
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effectively manage time and workload
- Exhibit initiative to problem solve and work independently
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
