We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support mission-critical operations within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, high-security environments, demonstrates outstanding judgment, and is able to manage complex administrative workflows while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, program managers, and mission teams

Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, secure conference rooms, VTC sessions, and classified/unclassified communications

Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, briefings, reports, and documentation in accordance with agency standards

Track taskers, actions, and deliverables; ensure deadlines are monitored and met

Facilitate visitor access and escort duties in accordance with facility security protocols
-
Handle travel arrangements, vouchers, and logistics for domestic and OCONUS travel (as permitted)

Maintain and update filing systems and document repositories across multiple classification levels
-
Support onboarding and administrative processing for new personnel (badging, accounts, orientation scheduling)

Coordinate office supplies, maintenance requests, and workspace readiness

Work closely with security, IT, and operations personnel to ensure compliance with all IC policies and procedures
Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

2-5 years of administrative or executive support experience; experience in a federal, defense, or intelligence setting strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and a high degree of confidentiality

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common government productivity tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team in a secure facility environment

Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting the Intelligence Community, DoD, or federal agencies

Familiarity with classified document handling, secure communication systems, and access control procedures

Experience preparing briefings or documentation for senior government officials

Training or certification in office administration, project coordination, or federal administrative procedures
Work Environment

Position requires on-site work within a secure facility (SCIF)

May involve occasional extended hours depending on mission needs
