Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time, onsite role for an Administrative Assistant at Square X. This is not a remote job. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing order issues and refunds across delivery platforms, handling customer reviews, updating product availability, and maintaining accurate business information online.

The role also includes data entry, organizing invoices, tracking supplier pricing, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage refunds and resolve order issues on delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat)
  • Handle and respond to customer reviews professionally
  • Update product availability (in stock / out of stock)
  • Manage and reply to Google Business Profile reviews
  • Keep business pages updated with accurate information
  • Perform data entry for reports and daily records
  • Save, organize, and maintain invoices
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Track supplier pricing and maintain records

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling, etc.)
  • Good written communication skills (English preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
