Administrative Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning documents, drafting and sending emails, cross-office communication, document preparation , and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Assist with data entry and record maintenance
- Manage phone systems and correspondence
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager

Skills
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy

-Proficient typing skills and generally high WPM score
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Prior experience in a clerical role is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
