Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
Vita Plus Pharm Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role provides essential administrative coordination across various departments while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and document management
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Greet visitors, direct incoming calls, and provide front-desk support as needed
  • Maintain employee records and support HR compliance documentation
  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing or payment inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies; restocking and ordering items as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
