SUMMARY:
The Administrative Coordinator is a member of INEX / US Legend Cars, a subsidiary of Speedway Motorsports, LLC. This position is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the INEX Administrator.
JOB DUTIES:

Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism

Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate employees

Maintain email correspondence and respond independently when possible

Accurately input and manage data in various systems and databases

Assembly of decal packets
-
Handle event registration, event packets and passes
-
Assist in company event planning and arrangements
-
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting accuracy and efficiency of our daily office operations.

Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role for 2 years.

Familiarity with racing industry a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
