Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and route messages accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting coordination
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with courtesy and efficiency
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring high-quality communication across all materials
- Prepare reports on membership statistics and trends for internal review
Skills:
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy to handle data entry and document management efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a team enviornment
- Previous experience in customer support or office management roles
- Knowledge of office management best practices along with proofreading skills for professional documentation
